MG University first (1st) allotment result 2015 for admission to MG university PG programmes has published on MG university official PG CAP 2015 web site www.cap.mgu.ac.in. All the PG CAP applied candidates can check their allotment status from the web site by using their application number and password. MG university already published the PG trial allotment result before and now the PG first allotment result published based on the options changes made by the candidates after the trial allotment result. MG University PG CAP 2015 First Allotment, details and steps



The candidates who have got allotment in the PG first allotment should have to download the fee remittance chalan from the MG university web site and remit the fee at designated SBT branches on or before 09/09/2015.

The allotted candidates should download the Allotment memo from the web site and report to the allotted college on or before 09/09/2015 at 4.00 PM to take their admission.

MG University PG First Allotment 2015 – Fee Payment

The students should remit the fee due to the University (General category – Rs. 505/- (for students who have graduated from MG University), Rs 605/- (for students who have graduated from other Universities), SC/ST –Rs. 50/-) in any of the designated branches of SBT during the business hours of the bank on or before 09/09/2015.

Those candidates who do not remit the fee on or before the date specified, will lose their current allotment as well as the eligibility for participating in the further allotments.

Report to the college

The allotted candidate should report to the allotted college along with the fee receipt issued by the bank, the print out of the allotment memo and original certificates to take admission. The last date to report to the college is 09/09/2015 at 4.00 pm.

PG First Allotment – Important Instructions



The students who got allotment on their first option should remit the fee applicable to the course in the institution at the time of admission.
Those students who decide to seek permanent admission by cancelling the higher options also shall remit the fee in the institution.
Those who retain higher options need not pay any fee in the institution at the time of admission. However, in the second allotment they should remit the fee applicable to the programme secured in the higher option and if not secured, they should remit the fee applicable to the programme secured in the previous option.

Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are allowed to take provisional admission upto the special allotment conducted exclusively for them.

Candidates who take permanent admission in the college on the date specified can cancel their remaining higher options, if any, before 11/09/2015 5 pm.

Candidates can rearrange/delete options from 10/09/2015 to 11/09/2015.Candidates should save the options after rearrangement of options

A candidate is bound to accept an allotment as per the priority of options registered. If he/she gets allotment in the subsequent phase, based on higher options against arising/future vacancy, he/she has to relinquish the seat already occupied by him/her.

Failure to report for admission by a candidate in the allotted college at the stipulated time and date will result in the forfeiture of his/her chance for admission to that programme/other programmes/further allotment(s).

Any request to retain a previous allotment after a further allotment (based on the higher options registered) will not be considered under any circumstances.

Rearrange/delete Options

Candidates who take permanent admission in the college on the date specified can cancel their remaining higher options, if any, before 11/09/2015 5 pm

Candidates can rearrange/delete options from 10/09/2015 to 11/09/2015.
