Applicants who got degree first allotment should download "Allotment Memo" and "Fee Remittance Chalan" from the MGUCAP web site by login with the application number and password.
How to Check MG University Degree First Allotment 2023
Step 1 : Visit The Official Website of MGU Portal www.cap.mgu.ac.in
Step 2 : Click on the UG CAP link
Step 3 : Click on the login link in the top menu bar.
Step 4 : Enter the Login Credentials.
Step 5 : Click on the Link First Allotment Results
Step 6 : Enter the Required Credentials.
Step 7 : The MG University Degree First Allotment 2023 List will be displayed on the screen
Step 8 : Download for Future reference.
Centralized Allotment Process (CAP)
The applicants need submit only a single application form for applying online for admission to all the UG Degree Programmes in various affiliated colleges for considering them in the Open/Reservation Quota except sports quota/cultural quota/Lakshadweep quota/quota for Malayalee students from Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Persons with Disabilities (PD) quota. If a candidate submits more than one application his/her/her candidature is liable to be cancelled
The candidates seeking admission through community merit/management quota/ sports quota/cultural quota/Lakshadweep quota of the University / quota for Malayalee students from Andaman and Nicobar Islands and PD quota should submit separate applications directly to the institutions concerned. The above candidates can also apply under the Centralized Allotment Process, if they are to be considered for general allotment in which case selection will be based on merit/communal quota.
Documents produced at the time of admission
1. Allotment memo downloaded from the University CAP Portal.
2. The originals of the grade cards/mark list(s) of the qualifying examination.
3. TC and Conduct Certificate in original from the institution last studied.
4. Certificate in Original in support of caste/communal reservation.
5. Eligibility/Equivalency Certificate from MG University for those who have qualified from Boards outside Kerala State except CBSE/ICSE.
6. NCC/NSS Certificates at plus two level in original, if applicable.
7. Certificate in original in proof of Jawan/Ex-Servicemen/Dependent from Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer concerned, if applicable.
8. Receipt as proof of remittance of fee due to the University .
9.Non-creamy layer Certificate/BPL Certificate in original issued by the competent authority in the case of candidates who claim reservation under SEBC category /Economically Backward among Forward Communities.
MG University ug degree allotment and admission Instructions : Option Re-arrangements
The students who got allotment on their first option should remit the fee applicable to the course in the institution at the time of admission. Those students who decide to seek permanent admission by cancelling the higher options also shall remit the fee in the institution. Those who retain higher options need not pay any fee in the institution at the time of admission. However, in the second allotment they should remit the fee applicable to the programme secured in the higher option and if not secured, they should remit the fee applicable to the programme secured in the previous option.
