Department of health service under the Kerala state government has invited application for admission to the General Nursing and Midwifery Course in the academic year 2020. Last date for receiving the General Nursing application is 27/8/2020.
General Nursing and Midwifery Admission 2020
Directorate of Health Services has released the notification for admission to General Nursing and Midwifery course admission 2020 in Kerala. The Health department of Kerala running 14 Nursing schools in Kerala. Each Nursing schools located in each districts of Kerala. A total of 365 General Nursing and Midwifery seats are available from the 14 Nursing schools. 20% of the Nursing seats reserved for the male candidates.
The General Nursing and Midwifery course duration is 3 years.
General Nursing Application 2020
The last date to apply for admission to General Nursing and Midwifery course is 27-8-2020. The candidates should submit the application form to the related Nursing schools separately. The filled application forms will be receive in the nursing schools till 27/8/2020 at 5.00pm.
General Nursing and Midwifery Application Eligibility
The candidates must have passed the Higher secondary (+2) or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects with 40% of marks. SC/ST candidates do not need to have 40% of marks, they just need to have passed the qualifying examination.
Candidates must have in the age group of 17yrs and 27yrs. Age relaxation will be allowed to as 3 yrs for OBC and 5 yrs for SC/ST candidates in upper age limit.
.Application Fee
Application fee for General Nursing and Midwifery application is Rs 250/- for the general candidates and Rs 75/- for the SC/ST candidates.
How to Apply General Nursing Admission
The eligible candidates can submit General Nursing Admission application form to the Nursing schools. The application form and the prospectus can be downloaded from the official web site.
The filled application form should send to the principal of the Nursing School on or before 27/8/2020. The last date to receive the Kerala Nursing Application form is 27/8/2020 at 500 pm.
Candidates should apply to the nursing schools of their own district.
Application fee should be paid in the trushery in the head of 0210-80-800-88. The challan of the fee should submit along with the Nursing application form.
Supporting documents to be submitted
The candidates should submit the copies of all the supporting documents along with he application.
1 Copies of SSLC certificate for the proof of age and district (Self attested)
2.Copies of +2 or equivalent certificate (Self attested)
3. Caste and Income certificate for considering the reservation
4. Disability Certificate If applicable
5 Challan Receipt
6. Nativity Certificate (If the applicant is from other district)
